Activated charcoal absorbs uric acid, resulting in a decrease in inflammation and pain. The first remedy works well for the big toes and feet. It involves soaking the areas affected by gout in a bath. All you have to do is add some charcoal to water and make a paste-like consistency. Soak your feet in this water for about half an hour. This can be done 3 times a week until the symptoms of gout completely disappear.
This paste can additionally be used on other affected areas. Repeat this process daily for about 30 minutes. - Castor oil
